If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Fresh Products: (Flowers, Fruit, Plants, Balloons, Trees and fresh food gift baskets) Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by A Basket Case Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.
Non-perishable items should be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department and sent to our product return mailing address.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Website. However, because the colors you see will depend, in large part, on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Containers, ribbons and contents may vary. In the event we must substitute a similar item, we guarantee it will be of equal or greater value.
Delivery and Shipping Policies
If you order a gift that is being shipped via UPS, please be aware that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date. Ship times do not include order processing time. Most items ship within 24-48 hours. If you desire a future delivery date, please indicate in the Comments field.
Sympathy Baskets: Sympathy orders are very time sensitive. In order to avoid confusion of delivery and a timely delivery, your order must include the name of the deceased and the name of the funeral home. It is best to list the phone number of funeral home and the time of the service to expedite the scheduling process. You will be notified if any issues arise concerning the delivery of your order.
